The Surrey Langley SkyTrain updated traffic notice posted September 1, 2026, confirms the change affects work hours for the remaining months of guideway construction near the future Green Timbers station.

Daytime access restored: Fraser Highway between 140 Street and 96 Avenue reopens to traffic during the day starting September 7, 2026.

Nightly closures continue: The same section closes every night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through December 20, 2026. This includes weekends and statutory holidays.

Change from original notice

The September 1 update changed the overnight closure hours. The original July 24 notice listed overnight hours as 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. The updated notice extends work to 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., adding three additional hours per night.

The full 24-hour closure that began August 3 ends September 7 as originally scheduled.
