Drivers who normally use Willowbrook Drive/196 Street at Fraser Highway need the posted alternates for four days, including overnight. This sits east of the Fleetwood Way daytime access closure earlier in the week and is separate from Friday’s Fraser Highway west-of-184 single-lane alternating traffic window.
