Holdom Avenue and Goring Street in Burnaby has intermittent single-lane alternating traffic on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during October 2026. The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority says the lane control supports Holdom Overpass construction, and its official map marks the work area in red at the intersection and along the Goring Street extension toward Kingsland Drive.
The Port Authority's traffic impacts update, dated October 15, 2026, also keeps a longer traffic-pattern change in effect 24/7 from October 2 until fall 2026 on Holdom Avenue between Lougheed Highway and Kingsland Drive.
The single-lane window starts at 9 a.m., after the morning rush, so midday trips through Holdom and Goring are the ones to pad while crews work in the intersection.
