Free dance workshops run Sept. 2-3 with no registration required. RSVP for the Sept. 5 artist session. Gala tickets are $15-25.

Festival schedule at a glance
The main festival events run Sept. 2-6 at three venues:
- Sept. 2 and 3, 6-8 p.m.: Multicultural Folk Dance Workshops at Guru Angad Dev School, 13479 77 Avenue. Free. No registration required.
- Sept. 5, 5-7 p.m.: Meet the Artists and Cultural Knowledge Sharing at Clayton Community Centre, 7155 187A Street. Free with RSVP.
- Sept. 6, 4:30-8:30 p.m.: Folklore Festival Multicultural Gala at Bell Performing Arts Centre, 6250 144 Street. Tickets $15-25.
Month-long exhibition continues through Sept. 27
The Punjabi Cultural Heritage and Calligraphy Exhibition opened Sept. 1 and runs through Sept. 27 at Newton Cultural Centre. Admission is free.
